Accreditation Rules


1.  To obtain the accreditation it is obligatory to fill-in the accreditation form* and send it to press.tchaikovsky@gmail.com not later than June, 6. You will receive the confirmation in return.

* If there are several people from one organization (for example, correspondent, cameraman, soundman), one accreditation form is filled-it for everybody.

2.  All the accredited journalists are given badges, which allow them to enter the press-center, press-club, performances in each discipline and the Awards Ceremony (the badge does not guarantee a seat).
 
3. Press tickets (which guarantee a seat) allow journalists to enter the performances in each discipline, the Awards Ceremony, the Opening Ceremony and the Winners’ Gala. The list of journalists who will get the press-tickets is determined by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

4.  It is forbidden to film/ take pictures/ record the performance without the permission of the Press Office. Segments not to exceed 3 minutes from each piece for news reportage only may be allowed.

5. All locations for the photographers must be pre-approved. The number of photographers who may enter the hall is limited. Press Office will provide journalists with photos made by official competition photographers.

6. All photographing must be absolutely silent. All SLR cameras must be housed in a soundproofing balloon. All flash is forbidden
7. There are special places in the halls, which are reserved for the camera crews. Any one television organization may enter the hall with one camera only.
 
8. None of the equipment should require use of electrical outlets.

9.  Entering the auditorium and changing location within the auditorium is only allowed during applause between pieces.

10. Exclusive interviews with the jury / candidates must be arranged by the Press Office.

11. The Press Offices will work every day from June, 14 till July, 2. It starts at 12 a.m. and closes one hour after the end of performances. The Press Offices will be equipped with computers and Internet access (wire and wireless). An FTP server will be provided.

12. The Press Club will work every day from June, 14 till July, 2. It starts at 3 p.m. and closes three hours after the end of performances.
